QTech Games Appoints Ekaterina Mayorova as Sales Lead for Africa & Eastern Europe

Expanding Operations Across Key Growth Markets
QTech Games, a leading content aggregator focused on emerging markets, has named Ekaterina Mayorova to a newly created regional role as the company intensifies its activities in Africa and Eastern Europe. Her appointment comes as QTech seeks to consolidate its existing European presence and develop new revenue channels across Africa’s diverse and rapidly changing markets.
Mayorova joins QTech with experience from fintech and esports sectors, having previously held roles at Trustly and, more recently, PandaScore. In both companies, she worked in account management and senior business development, building expertise that now supports her new remit at QTech Games.
“We’re delighted to now have Ekaterina at QTech Games where she has hit the ground running and proved herself a quick study. Her extensive experience and network in our targeted territories is already serving us well, especially as we broaden our existing influence across Africa,” said QTech Games CEO Philip Doftvik.
“She’ll be a true asset to both QTech and all our clients, as we grow in Africa to make it a substantial part of our total revenue mix. We have high growth hopes for the region in the coming years and we want to dominate by building a strong brand in the region.”
Ekaterina Mayorova commented: “I’m thrilled to be underway at QTech Games, a company with the most customizable content suite and focus on emerging markets. Beyond that, I’ve already found a cohesive and collaborative structure with an organisational culture to match – I think the team is fantastic!”
“Having worked across iGaming, esports, and fintech, I’m thrilled to take on this new opportunity—bringing innovative gaming solutions to some of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets. Africa holds a special place in my career journey, and I’m looking forward to deepening partnerships, driving growth, and collaborating with forward-thinking operators and platforms in the region.”
Spotlight on QTech Hybrid at SBWA+
QTech Games will also be showcasing its QTech Hybrid technology at the SBWA+ event in Ghana this August. The software connects the company’s AI-powered casino lobby, QTech Play, with a land-based management system and a fully integrated Agent Management System (AMS). The aim is to offer a seamless bridge between retail operations and digital/mobile gaming.
QTech Hybrid enables transactions, gameplay, and access from both physical outlets and personal devices. For players, this means access to the full game portfolio from home or on the move. For operators, it reduces infrastructure costs, as the system runs on standard computers and tablets, eliminating the need for expensive dedicated terminals.
According to QTech, the solution is designed for scalability and flexibility — particularly in markets where hybrid land-based and online models are increasingly important. The system allows operators to manage both online and retail operations through a unified AMS, helping extend their reach without major investment in hardware.
